We are hiring an Entry-Level Non-Profit Client Associate to support client services, fundraising campaigns, and event marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates interested in nonprofit development, donor engagement, and event planning. You will gain hands-on experience managing campaigns, coordinating events, and building meaningful relationships with nonprofit clients.

• Support daily client relations and account management for nonprofit partners
• Assist in planning and executing fundraising events and marketing campaigns (virtual and in-person)
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop social media content, promotional materials, and brand messaging
• Track and analyze fundraising performance, event metrics, and sponsorship outcomes
• Research and identify potential donors, sponsors, and community partnerships
• Provide exceptional client communication and support via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, CRM/database management, and reporting

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
• Strong interest in nonprofit fundraising, event marketing, and client services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
