Entry Level Client Associate Responsibilities
As an Entry Level Client Associate, you will interact directly with customers and clients, help them understand wireless and internet options, support their account needs, and deliver friendly, helpful service during every interaction. You’ll build real skills in sales, customer engagement, client relations, telecommunications, and account coordination.
- Speak with customers and clients daily to explain wireless, internet, and telecommunications service options
- Assist with customer enrollments, activations, upgrades, and account changes
- Deliver high-quality customer service, client support, and customer guidance
- Recommend service plans, upgrades, and wireless or internet options based on customer needs
- Maintain organized records of customer accounts, client activity, service updates, and sales progress
- Meet daily customer and client-focused sales goals in a performance-driven environment
- Support teammates with customer interactions, client questions, and account-related requests
- Learn essential skills in telecommunications, wireless services, internet products, and customer communication
- Stay updated on telecom promotions, wireless plans, pricing changes, and new service features
