As an official partner of AT&T Business, we deliver high-speed internet, business phone systems, and reliable connectivity directly to small and mid-sized companies in our community. We’re expanding our business sales team and seeking driven, client-focused professionals to join us as Entry Level Sales Associates.
This is a face-to-face, in-person B2B sales role, where you’ll visit local businesses, build rapport with decision-makers, and introduce them to AT&T’s suite of business products and services. It’s an ideal opportunity for individuals who are goal-oriented, persuasive, and excited to grow their career through hands-on client interactions.
Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers to understand their communication needs and present AT&T’s wireless and internet solutions that fit their business.
- Prospect and generate new leads through outreach and networking while maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships.
- Deliver product demonstrations and tailored recommendations that clearly explain how AT&T’s services can help each client’s business.
- Close sales and meet revenue goals by handling objections, negotiating effectively, and contributing to the team’s growth.
- Provide consultative service by answering questions, solving concerns, and recommending solutions that improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on AT&T promotions, pricing, and competitive advantages to guide clients to the best value solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records while keeping all sensitive information secure and confidential.

Overview:
- Employment Type: Full-time position
- Client & Products: Partnered with AT&T to promote and enroll businesses in their new wireless and internet services
- Location: Carmichael, CA
- Compensation: Commission-based — average earnings range from $40-$300 per unit sold, with most employees completing at least one sale per day. Averaging $800- $1200 per week.
