We are looking for:

The Quality Lab Technician is responsible for performing accurate and safe quality control testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure they meet all specifications and regulatory standards.

We count on you for:

• Perform accurate and reproducible quality control testing on raw materials and finished products in a safe manner.
• Safeguard against non-conforming materials reaching customers by performing all assigned QC testing as directed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation and data from all laboratory tests.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of quality control (QC) processes and the overall work environment.
• Complete tasks related to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Quality, and Operation Improvement plans to support site objectives.
• Support the maintenance of site certifications (e.g., ISO, GMP, AS9100).
• Carry out additional testing and tasks as assigned by laboratory supervision.

You will bring:

• High School diploma or GED, with 1 - 2 years of related experience; Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in general laboratory skills: Data analysis, pipetting, safety and cleanliness in a lab, understanding of chemistry, and experience in physical/wet-chemistry/instrumentation testing.
• Competency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Environment Applications.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with local staff.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a small office environment where coworkers assist each other as needed.
• Familiarity with basic scientific principles and laboratory experience.

• The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.

Additional information:

This position operates on a rotational shift schedule featuring 12-hour shifts, alternating between day shifts (6:30 am–6:30 pm) and night shifts (6:30 pm–6:30 am). Flexibility to work both day and night shifts is required to support continuous operations.
