Schedule: typically 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Qualifications
- Well-organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Must have own tools
- Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish a plus)
- Comfortable wearing face masks and gloves at appointments when requested by residents
- Background check required
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and climb ladders
- Apartment maintenance experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs for multi-family and single-family properties
- Maintain clean and safe grounds by removing debris and trash
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues in a professional and timely manner
- Perform electrical work including circuits, receptacles, breakers, switches, fuses, and light fixtures
- Handle plumbing repairs and installations
- Install and repair appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, washers/dryers, toilets, sinks, vanities, and garbage disposals
- Perform caulking, minor carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs
- Repair or replace window screens, blinds, and interior/exterior doors
- Conduct basic pool and jacuzzi maintenance
- Clear drains and sewer lines up to 5 feet
- Identify and report major repair needs to property managers and in-house staff
- Demonstrate general knowledge of all aspects of property maintenance and repair
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
