Position Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Leasing Consultant to become part of our growing team. This position focuses on leasing apartments while delivering a welcoming and professional experience to current and future residents. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle resident concerns with care and professionalism.
Key Duties
- Guide prospective residents through property tours, presenting available apartments and clearly explaining amenities and community features.
- Support applicants throughout the leasing process by collecting required information and clearly reviewing lease terms and policies.
- Accurately document all prospect and resident interactions in compliance with company procedures.
- Respond to resident questions, concerns, or conflicts in a timely and professional manner to promote resident satisfaction.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure reported issues are properly communicated and followed up on.
- Assist with leasing-related administrative tasks, including preparing lease documents, organizing files, and managing required paperwork.
Requirements
- Previous experience in leasing, customer service or sales is a HUGE plus.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to engage effectively with potential tenants.
- Ability to manage conflicts and provide solutions that enhance tenant satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational skills, multi-task abilities with attention to detail for administrative tasks related to leasing contracts.
