Objectives Of This Role
- Responsible for handling centralized network management.
- Administer DNS/DHCP and wireless network systems.
- Cross-train into other network disciplines.
- Configuration of routing and switching on network equipment from various manufacturers (Cisco, Extreme Networks).
- Configuration of DNS/DHCP and wireless network systems
- Documentation of network through drawings, formal documentation and change control process
- Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related degree field with relevant experience. In lieu of Bachelors Degree, minimum 10 years directly related professional level network administrator experience with a minimum of Cisco Certified Network Professional
- Preferred Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate or higher.
- 3 years: Enterprise network routing and switching
- 1 years: DNS/DHCP server administration
- Experience with Cisco or Extreme Network switches. Bluecat DNS/DHCP or ExtraHop strongly desired. Experience with Fabric network design a plus.
- A valid/clear driver's license is required.
