I'm working with an American data analytics company, looking to add a Program Manager to support their Global Royalties team!
Location: Raleigh, NC - hybrid (3x a week onsite)
Contract Duration: 6 month contract with high potential to convert
W2 ONLY
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Finance/Licensing leadership and a technical lead to align priorities and drive program execution
- Take ownership of a complex, multi-workstream initiative across content systems, product platforms, and business systems
- Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or stalled efforts, removing blockers and simplifying delivery
- Oversee and track both project-based initiatives and ongoing BAU/editorial workstreams within the program
- Drive cross-functional alignment, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly defined and executed
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, ensuring visibility and accountability across the program
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Program Manager leading cross-functional, system-related initiatives
- Ability to step into ambiguity, connect multiple workstreams, and drive holistic alignment
- Strong stakeholder management across business (Finance, Licensing, Editorial) and technical teams
- Experience managing initiatives involving content systems, product platforms, or business operations
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning execution across multiple tracks simultaneously
