Our client, a recognizable global media franchise and gaming company, is seeking an eCommerce Project Manager (mid-level) working on their online storefront to join their team! Ideally seeking a candidate with an eCommerce project management background.
Hourly Rate: Up to $53/hour (W2 - Max Rate)
Contract Duration: 6 months
*Ongoing need; possibility to convert to FTE (Not Guaranteed)
Location: Downtown Bellevue, WA (hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- This Project Manager supports cross-functional product and strategic initiatives from intake and scoping through development, launch, replenishment or release, transition, and closure.
- The role serves as an operational coordinator, ensuring work moves efficiently across teams, systems, vendors, dependencies, and approval gates.
- Success requires strong process management, accuracy, communication, critical and systems thinking, relationship building, organization, facilitation, and sound judgment, along with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of project, program, or operations management experience, preferably within retail/ecommerce or entertainment.
- Experience managing multiple complex mid- to large-sized projects, including application development or implementation initiatives, with responsibility for schedules and solution delivery.
- Strong integrated planning, dependency management, risk and escalation management, stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Workfront, Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, or equivalent.
- PMP certification or equivalent experience - a plus!
