Field Marketing Coordinator / Associate Marketing Manager
6-Month Contract | Potential 6-Month Extension | Start date 2/10

This team builds cutting-edge tools that help businesses connect with customers, visualize performance, orchestrate campaigns, and scale their go-to-market motions.

This role covers a maternity leave and is based onsite in Indianapolis 2–3 days per week.

What You’ll Own
You’ll be the engine that keeps field marketing programs running, wearing multiple hats and supporting a busy Indy-based team.
Cross-Functional Marketing Support
- Build and update landing pages, campaign assets, slides, and email templates.
- Support creation of sales enablement content and provide updates during critical team calls.
Reporting & Insights
- Build dashboards and reports using the company’s internal CRM (similar to Salesforce).
- Track campaign and event performance and share insights with marketing and sales partners.
- Map lists, clean data, and run VLOOKUPs in Excel.
Events & Campaign Execution
- Assist with in-person and virtual events from registration to logistics to follow-up.
- Help craft promotional content across email, web, and social channels.
- Monitor campaign analytics and surface recommendations quickly.
Flexibility & Ownership
- Jump in where needed with short turnaround times.
- Adapt quickly when priorities shift - this team values people who stay calm, curious, and solutions-oriented.
