Seeking Electrical Engineers (Mid-Level & Senior) to support the design and development of large-scale building projects, with a focus on multi-family high-rise environments. This is a client-facing role requiring strong technical design experience, communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design electrical systems for multi-family, commercial, and large-scale building projects
- Develop construction documents using Revit
- Collaborate with internal teams, architects, and external stakeholders
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and technical guidance
- Review designs for accuracy, code compliance, and constructability
- Mentor junior engineers/designers and support team development (Senior level)
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables
Qualifications
Mid-Level Electrical Engineer:
- 4–7 years of experience in electrical design for buildings
- At least 3–4 years supporting multi-family or similar projects (apartments, hotels, condos, student housing)
- Experience with commercial projects such as offices, schools, or restaurants also considered
Senior Electrical Engineer:
- 7–11 years of experience in electrical design
- Strong background in multi-family high-rise or comparable large-scale projects
- Proven experience leading projects and mentoring team members
Required for Both:
- Professional Engineer (PE) License
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in Revit
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare, data center, or large commercial project exposure
- Experience managing or mentoring junior staff
- Strong understanding of building systems and construction processes
Work Environment
- Hybrid schedule: Onsite Monday–Thursday, remote on Fridays
- Collaborative, team-oriented environment with direct client interaction
