We are seeking a Wealth Technology Specialist who is passionate about systems, workflows, data, and helping financial professionals become more efficient and effective.
Job Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the firm's technology platforms, including CRM, portfolio management, financial planning, and Microsoft 365 systems, while managing user access, workflows, templates, data imports/exports, troubleshooting, and vendor support.
- Enhance advisor workflows, client onboarding processes, and automation initiatives while documenting procedures, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending process improvements.
- Monitor data quality through audits, record maintenance, data migration support, and reporting and dashboard development.
- Serve as a technology resource for advisors and staff by providing training, onboarding support, develop reference-guides and support the transition to, and implementation of, new technologies
- Support leadership with technology implementations, AI initiatives, workflow automation projects, integration testing, reporting enhancements, and operational improvement efforts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience in operations, technology support, CRM administration, business systems, financial services operations, or related fields
- Experience in a wealth management firm or RIA preferred
- Familiarity and proficiency in the following software and tools preferred: Redtail CRM, Orion Advisor Technology, NetX360, Adhesion, PreciseFP, Holistiplan, Income Solver, Zocks, and Microsoft 365 applications
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be willing to work in either a full-time or part-time capacity, as required
