Position Details
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Office Hours: Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Compensation: $26 to $37 per hour plus performance bonus
Dress Code: Business Professional
Job Responsibilities
Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, transfer and funding documents
Coordinate estate planning workflows and maintain case management systems
Gather and organize client financial and personal information
Communicate with clients regarding document collection, signatures, and follow-up items
Schedule meetings and coordinate execution/signing appointments
Assist with trust funding and asset transfer documentation
Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Work collaboratively with financial advisors, attorneys, and administrative staff
Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of client matters
Provide administrative and operational support for the estate planning department
Position Requirements
3 years of paralegal experience, preferably in estate planning, probate, or elder law
Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal experience preferred
Strong understanding of estate planning terminology and documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management software
Experience working in a law firm, financial advisory firm, or wealth management environment preferred
Experience with trust funding and asset titling
Familiarity with CRM and case management systems
Must be willing to work full-time or part-time, as required
Professional and compassionate client communication style
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
