Essential Duties Include The Following
- Support product prioritization processes, including intake documentation, workflow tracking, and participation in weekly prioritization sessions.
- Enhance and update product documentation in Confluence, including internal resources and client‑facing materials.
- Document process improvement opportunities, collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders across the organization.
- Conduct research on training opportunities related to money movement and payment processing across SWIVEL and partner teams.
- Assist with project management and product development through cross‑department collaboration.
- Build awareness and exposure to the Financial Services and Payments industries while growing analytical and communication skills.
- Shadow Product team members to expand your knowledge base and strengthen technical and business competencies.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date of December 2026 or later.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow‑up skills.
- Ability to adapt to change, multitask, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated passion for learning and proactive problem‑solving.
- Professionalism, maturity, and a strong desire to contribute meaningfully.
- Must be local to San Antonio, Texas.
