Laundry Attendant – Switzerland Inn, Little Switzerland, North Carolina
MMI Hotel Group at Switzerland Inn has an opportunity for a Laundry Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Laundry Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and exceptional stay experience. You will be responsible for processing and maintaining the quality of all hotel linens, towels, and other laundered items while supporting the overall cleanliness standards of the property.
In this role, you will load articles into washers and dryers, sort soiled linens and towels according to size and type, select the appropriate wash cycles, and inspect laundered items for stains, tears, and overall quality. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining high standards are essential for success in this position.
The ideal candidate will have prior housekeeping or laundry experience and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Candidates should understand the importance of cleanliness, organization, teamwork, and customer service in delivering a positive hospitality experience.
