What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Switzerland Inn Resort?
Switzerland Inn Resort is looking for a Maintenance Tech! As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the hotel is maintained by performing preventive maintenance, caulking, and painting in addition to sheetrock patching and replacement and related maintenance activities. HVAC certification/training is preferred but not required.
If you are skilled in the safe operation of hand tools and can read and understands specifications, are able to measure, compute the amount of materials needed and inspect products, and can work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays this could be the job for you.
The physical demands for this position include lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 75 pounds.
