Align with Pega system architects and developers on strategy and resource allocation across domain-specific workflows.
Deliver executive reporting on Pega program status milestones, risks, health with domain-specific KPIs.
Experience And Skills
15 years in program management, with deep experience in Pega platform implementations.
Track record managing complex, large-scale Pega deployments as a program lead.
Strong grasp of Pega's capabilities and how to apply them across business units.
PgMP or PMP certification, ideally with a technology-implementation focus.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with proven success managing cross-functional teams.
