Role snapshot
- Install, commission, and service UV flatbed and roll-to-roll printers across the U.S.
- Provide remote hotline support when not on the road (phone, email, TeamViewer)
- Refurbish trade-in systems and maintain demo printers at our Elgin, IL facility
- Collaborate with 2nd-level support and engineering in Switzerland to enhance performance
- Complete service-related administrative tasks and reporting
- Pursue continuous learning to maintain and expand technical credentials
- Full-time role based in Elgin, IL
- Regular travel: approximately 40%–75%

- Experience installing/servicing printers preferred
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Live near Elgin, IL or be willing and able to relocate
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Mechanical troubleshooting
- Electrical diagnostics and repair
- Electrical troubleshooting
