Job Summary
Training and Compliance Manager is responsible to train, monitor and evaluate performance of employees while ensuring company and customer service standards and policies are met.
The expected pay rate is $80,000 - $81,000 annually. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays.

Training and Compliance Manager is responsible to train, monitor and evaluate performance of employees while ensuring company and customer service standards and policies are met.

Your activities
- Conduct initial training
- Schedule and perform recurrent training
- Audit and evaluate operations/colleagues for compliance
- Maintain training files/records of all cargo employees with compliance to Airport Authority rules and regulations
- Perform Quality Assurance function, as required
- Provide direction to Quality Control personnel with regards to training related matters
- Administer customer cargo audits
- Develop training material and establish training programs as per standards
- Prepare examinations and progress reports for initial and recurrent training programs
- Monitor and evaluate performance of all cargo employees
- Knowledge and understanding of the current cargo policies and procedures
- Performs related duties as assigned

Your profile
- Degree preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years cargo experience
- Minimum of 1 year classroom instruction experience or 3 years On the Job (OJT) Trainer experience preferable
- Knowledge of cargo, traffic office, and ramp procedures
- Be able to pass security clearance (criminal background check)
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Supervisory experience in leading and directing large work groups
- Computer systems: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Access) and graphic programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, professionalism and autonomy
- Sense of leadership, diplomacy and team spirit
- Flexible to work various shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays)
- Be comfortable operating large equipment, working with screening equipment and industrial forklifts
