Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper plays a central role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This position supports daily administrative functions while managing core accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping. Experience with NetSuite is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
• Manage daily office operations and provide general administrative assistance
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
• Support company culture initiatives and team activities
Bookkeeping & Accounting
• Process accounts payable: vendor invoices, payment scheduling, reconciliation
• Manage accounts receivable: customer invoicing, payment tracking, collections follow-up
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end close
• Prepare reports and documentation as needed
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting best practices
Systems & Tools
• Enter, update, and maintain financial and operational data in NetSuite
• Generate reports and assist with system-driven workflows
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and data accuracy
