Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of strategic external B2B events in North America.
- Lead event design that supports campaign objectives and local market needs.
- Manage vendors, agencies, venues, and production partners with operational excellence.
- Oversee all guest management workflows, from invitations to post-event reporting.
- Act as a point of contact for internal clients and business unit leaders.
- Collaborate across our global event colleagues to uphold consistent standards and share best practices.
- Support regional enablement, including onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing.
- 7 years of experience in high-impact event management.
- Proven experience managing multi-country or cross-regional event portfolios.
- Expert in logistics, vendor and stakeholder management, and onsite delivery.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to turn ideas into action.
- Strong communication skills and cultural fluency across the Americas.
- Proficient with event tech (e.g. MS Dynamics) and reporting tools.
- Fluent in English—spoken and written.
- Ability to travel across North America and occasionally internationally.
