The team’s primary objective is to facilitate efficient execution and comprehensive oversight of fund operations for all SRILIAC-managed investment activities.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $78,000 to $116,000. The specific salary offered for this or any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget. - 1 - 2 years of capital markets industry experience with a background in Fund Middle Office or Fund Operations preferred
- Experience working in asset management, ILS, or investment banking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Python and SQL recommended
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting large data sets
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and multi-task
