Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services.
Conduct property inspections to ensure condition and compliance.
Respond promptly and professionally to resident and owners concerns and disputes.
Prepare and deliver monthly performance, occupancy, and financial reports.Ensure full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
