- $20 - $21 per hour pay rate
- Full Time
- Contract
- Onsite in Thomasville, GA
- Monday - Friday 5am - 1:30pm
- Health, Dental, Vision insurance offered

- Work with a great team!
- 1-3 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Experience with FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) and GMAW/MIG welding
- Basic TIG welding experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience operating hand and power tools, including grinders and chipping hammers
- Ability to troubleshoot welding equipment and consumable issues
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP for time entry and production tracking
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork
- Perform FCAW and GMAW welding on semi-complex fabricated parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints to fit, align, calibrate, and adjust components within required tolerances
- Operate hand and power tools to support fabrication and finishing processes
- Follow all workplace safety policies and quality standards
- Enter work hours and production information into the ERP system
- Conduct daily housekeeping and 5S activities to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot welding equipment and resolve basic machine or consumable issues
- Collaborate with supervisors, managers, and team members to meet production goals
- Produce quality products in a timely manner while meeting customer expectations
- Contribute to overall team performance and operational efficiency
