- $18 - 20 per hour pay rate
- Full Time
- Contract to Hire
- 7:30am - 4:30pm M-F
- Onsite in Ft Myers FL
- Health, Dental, Vision insurance offered

- Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Forklift Experience
- Good oral and written communications skills
- Good computer skills required; Microsoft applications.
- General HVAC knowledge a plus!
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Drive sales by assisting customers and recommending products based on their needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to answer customer questions and support purchasing decisions.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Record and track incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.
- Receive, stock, and organize merchandise within the store.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist with daily store operations and administrative tasks.
- Support opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth store operations.
- Perform scheduling duties as needed.
- Place and manage product orders to maintain inventory requirements.
- Assist with managerial responsibilities and operational oversight when required.
