- $40 - $60 per hour pay rate
- Full Time
- Contract
- Onsite in Houston TX for the first 3 months, then to Sugar Land after that

- Associate's degree in Computer Aided Drafting or equivalent experience required
- 10 years of experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and AVEVA/E3D required
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management, professional conduct, and change management abilities
- Utilize software such as AVEVA (E3D) and AutoCAD to develop design drawing packages
- Interface with Lead Structural Engineer and other discipline counterparts as directed
- Ensure design projects meet standards and comply with applicable codes and regulations
- Assist with checking, updating, and maintaining structural design standards and procedures
- Prioritize discipline project scopes while meeting schedules and budgets
- Set up AutoCAD drawings based on files from Lead Engineer
- Create plans and details from sketches and redline markups provided by Lead Engineer
- Assist in maintaining, expanding, and improving AVEVA (E3D) and CAD standards
- Coordinate with discipline team to develop and maintain project coordination models using MS Office, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and AVEVA (E3D)
- Comply with Company Quality Control and Project Management procedures
- Promote a positive working environment to support organizational goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
