Description
-Prepare comprehensive drawing packages that comply with building codes and regulatory standards.
-Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols to prevent electrical hazards and other risks.
-Translate design requirements into precise configurations, perform calculations from sketches for proposals, and coordinate implementation of design criteria using industrial tools.
-Participate in planning meetings, adapt designs to evolving project needs, and ensure efficient use of company resources.
-Ensure compliance with contractual specifications and local regulations while meeting project deadlines.
-Communicate progress effectively to leadership and stakeholders through clear reporting and presentations.
-Collaborate with engineers and production staff to interpret design concepts and ensure alignment with project goals.
-Review all relevant documentation, company procedural manuals, and customer specifications to identify critical design attributes.
-Perform detailed calculations to support product design and structural integrity.
-Analyze vendor quotes, drawings, and diagrams to create accurate structural layouts for customers.
-Revise designs and drawings based on change orders, customer requests, or identified errors during construction.
