What You'll Do
- Develop and execute web content strategies that support business goals, customer experience initiatives, and digital growth objectives
- Write and edit customer-centered copy for websites, landing pages, product pages, campaigns, lifecycle journeys, and other digital experiences
- Translate complex financial, technical, or regulated concepts into clear, actionable, and engaging content for both professional and consumer audiences
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Product Management, Brand, UX, Legal, Compliance, and leadership teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences
- Use AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve content quality, scalability, personalization, and operational efficiency
- Contribute to messaging frameworks, editorial standards, governance models, and reusable content systems
- Optimize content performance through SEO best practices, analytics, experimentation, customer insights, and engagement metrics
- Collaborate across digital channels to ensure consistency across web, email, paid media, social, and lifecycle communications
- Support content modernization initiatives including modular content strategies, metadata structures, personalization, and scalable content operations
- Ensure all content aligns with brand, accessibility, legal, and compliance standards within regulated environments
- Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while maintaining strong attention to detail and high-quality execution
- Operate independently with strong ownership while contributing positively within collaborative team environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5-8 years of experience in content strategy, web content, digital marketing, UX writing, copywriting, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience creating and optimizing content for enterprise websites and digital platforms
- Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and content structuring skills
- Experience working in regulated industries such as financial services, fintech, banking, healthcare, insurance, or related environments
- Experience using AI-enabled content tools and integrating AI into content workflows responsibly and effectively
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, digital ecosystems, SEO principles, and content performance optimization
- Ability to simplify complex financial or technical concepts into intuitive customer-facing experiences
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience partnering with Product Marketing, Brand, Product, UX, and Digital teams
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience with retirement, workplace benefits, financial wellness, or educational content is a plus
- 1-year contract with potential extension
- Must be able to work ET, CT, or MT business hours
