- Minimum 3 years experience in sourcing or related Procurement activities
- Pharmaceutical, healthcare, life science industry experience preferred.
- Experience in Coupa Source to Pay is a plus
- High on learning ability and motivation with a change-ready mindset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders, build relationships, influence and gain respect
- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed organizational environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complete work in a timely manner with strong attention to detail and organization
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel
- Perform concierge service for line of business. Help with enablement, execution and advisory on contract, purchasing, supplier and invoicing matters in Coupa
- Execute simple sourcing projects between $150k and $250k value, using competitive sourcing or targeted negotiation
- Register projects and savings in Coupa
- Deliver target count of sourcing projects and $ savings
- Act as business partner, and collaborator with Category Management team
