Job Description:

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Openings: 2 Positions Available

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Clerk II to support branch operations through data analysis, data cleansing, accounts receivable support, customer issue resolution, and administrative process management.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, self-directed, and comfortable working independently to investigate discrepancies, navigate multiple systems, and resolve operational issues with minimal supervision. This role plays a critical part in ensuring billing accuracy, proper documentation, timely payments, and high-quality customer service across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and professional work environment
  • Create and process orders in SAP for quoted jobs and installations with varying requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to meet operational needs and expectations
  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve accounts receivable issues and customer inquiries
  • Review, analyze, and cleanse operational and financial data
  • Resolve purchase order non-compliance issues for customer orders
  • Handle non-routine customer service and administrative tasks
  • Resolve issues related to third-party processing of customer orders
  • Support invoicing accuracy, documentation compliance, and payment processing
  • Prioritize multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines

Qualifications, Education And Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 3 years of related experience
  • OR
  • Bachelor's degree with demonstrated capability in comparable workRequired Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to independently research and resolve discrepancies
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
  • Experience collaborating across departments and teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including:
  • Excel
  • Outlook
  • Word
  • Teams
  • PowerPoint
  • ERP system experience required
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and systems
  • Experience with Field Service or CRM platforms such as:
  • Microsoft Field Service
  • Microsoft CRM

Travel Requirements

  • Up to 5% travel may be required
