Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment
- Create and process orders in SAP for quoted jobs and installations with varying requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to meet operational needs and expectations
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve accounts receivable issues and customer inquiries
- Review, analyze, and cleanse operational and financial data
- Resolve purchase order non-compliance issues for customer orders
- Handle non-routine customer service and administrative tasks
- Resolve issues related to third-party processing of customer orders
- Support invoicing accuracy, documentation compliance, and payment processing
- Prioritize multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 3 years of related experience
- OR
- Bachelor's degree with demonstrated capability in comparable workRequired Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to independently research and resolve discrepancies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
- Experience collaborating across departments and teams
