Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Helper to support our Millwright/Maintenance Manager. This is a newly created position offering an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in industrial maintenance and equipment repair.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Maintenance Manager with repairing and maintaining equipment
• Perform fire watch duties as required to ensure workplace safety
• Support general maintenance tasks throughout the mill
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
  
  

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Basic mechanical aptitude preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods
