- Contract role running through the end of the year
- 1st and 2nd shift openings
- $20 an hour pay rate
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Bilingual Onsite Staffing Floor Coordinator to join our team at our client site. In this role, you will be the go-to support person for both employees and supervisors, ensuring smooth daily operations on the production floor. What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for employee and supervisor questions.
- Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and call-outs; log updates and notify supervisors as needed.
- Walk the production floor regularly to check timeclocks, greet employees, and watch for safety or dress code issues.
- Support new hires with onboarding, tours, timeclock training, and introductions to supervisors.
- Manage badges (set up, track, and collect upon assignment end).
- Review time punches, identify issues, and coach employees when necessary.
- Assist with time-off requests, confirm eligibility, and track approvals.
- Build strong relationships with client leadership (team leads, supervisors, and production coordinators).
- Provide verbal coaching to associates as needed.
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in customer service in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable walking the floor and engaging directly with employees.
