T and Epicor Support Technician

Southern California | Full-Time

Are you an IT professional with Epicor ERP experience looking to make an impact in a manufacturing environment? We're seeking a hands-on IT and Epicor Support Technician to support end users, maintain IT infrastructure, and help optimize ERP operations in a fast-paced production setting.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and network systems
• Support and troubleshoot Epicor ERP across multiple departments
• Manage Microsoft 365 and Active Directory user accounts and permissions
• Assist with reports, dashboards, BAQs, data integrity, and system improvements
• Support shop floor technology, barcode scanners, manufacturing terminals, and production workstations
• Help drive operational efficiency through technology and continuous improvement initiatives
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 2 years of IT support experience in a business or manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience supporting Epicor ERP
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and PC hardware
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
