What You'll Do
- Respond to and resolve Help Desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, VoIP phones, mobile devices, and other endpoint hardware.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, escalating complex problems when needed.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access while following security and compliance best practices.
- Support Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune, Directory Services, Cisco networking, and mobile technologies.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions accurately.
- Coordinate hardware and software upgrades, deployments, and system improvements.
- Partner with other IT teams to resolve incidents and support business initiatives.
- Assist with security-related issues and help maintain the integrity of enterprise systems and data.
- Support application development teams during project lifecycles.
- Perform additional IT support duties and special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional IT experience.
- 3-5 years of IT support or related technical experience.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory/Directory Services, Cisco networking, and ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- ITIL knowledge or certification is a plus.
- A , Network , Microsoft, Cisco, or other relevant technical certifications are a plus.
