About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative with strong sales experience to join our team. This individual will be responsible for selling floral and grower productsincluding enclosure cards, envelopes, computer forms, and plastic stake tags for plantswhile managing and maintaining customer accounts.

Contract role ends September 21 2026.??

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring consistent account management
• Perform order entry and assist with design (no software skills required)
• Conduct pricing, cost analysis, and develop pricing strategies
• Support problem resolution and assist in production scheduling at manufacturing facilities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
• Handle heavy phone interaction with both internal and external customers
• Gain knowledge of manufacturing machine capabilities to better support customer needs
• Provide hands-on support across all aspects of the divisional manufacturing environment
  
  

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong numerical aptitude with comfort in accounting-related tasks, including working with decimals and fractions
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment while also contributing independently
• Experience with pricing, cost analysis, and strategy development preferred
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; AS400 knowledge a plus
