Requirements:
- Dialysis or Healthcare credentialing experience( must be within the last 6 months)
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements(Licenses, certs, background checks, I-9's}
- Ability to manage high-volume onboarding with tight deadlines
- Experience with onboarding systems (UKG, Phenom, or similar HRIS/ATS)
- Direct experience with Sterling or First Advantage screening (Highly Preferred).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and audit readiness
- Strong communication skills (candidates, hiring managers, internal teams)
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve onboarding/credentialing issues quickly
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with HR, TA, payroll, and clinic leadership
- Proven ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to step in with minimal training and operate independently
