We're seeking a hands-on IT and Epicor Support Technician to support end users, maintain IT infrastructure, and help optimize ERP operations in a fast-paced production setting. What You'll Do
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and network systems
- Support and troubleshoot Epicor ERP across multiple departments
- Manage Microsoft 365 and Active Directory user accounts and permissions
- Assist with reports, dashboards, BAQs, data integrity, and system improvements
- Support shop floor technology, barcode scanners, manufacturing terminals, and production workstations
- Help drive operational efficiency through technology and continuous improvement initiatives
- Hands-on experience supporting Epicor ERP
- Provide day-to-day support for Epicor ERP users across manufacturing, purchasing, inventory, quality, engineering, finance, and shipping departments.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate resolution with internal stakeholders and external vendors when necessary.
- Assist users with Epicor transactions, reports, dashboards, BAQs (Business Activity Queries), and system navigation.
- Support ERP upgrades, testing, implementation projects, and system enhancements.
- Create and maintain Epicor user documentation and training materials.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvements. A
- Assist with data integrity, validation, imports, and report generation.2 years of IT support experience in a business or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and PC hardware
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
