Position Summary

This role partners with leaders to ensure compliance with employment laws, mitigate organizational risk, and promote positive employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with and provide guidance to management on employee relations matters, including:
- Conducting workplace investigations
- Managing disciplinary actions, including involuntary terminations
- Responding to EEOC charges
- Provide coaching and conflict resolution support to managers and employees.
- Monitor employee relations trends and recommend process improvements to HR leadership and department management.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on federal, state, and municipal employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and reduce organizational risk.
- Collaborate with the Sr. HR Business Partner and HR Senior Leadership to develop, interpret, and communicate company policies and procedures.
- Provide recommendations regarding current HR policies and procedures to HR Senior Leadership and other HR functional teams.
- Support and reinforce HR initiatives within assigned client groups as directed by the Sr. HR Business Partner or business unit leadership.
- Partner with the Sr. HR Business Partner and HR Director to support enterprise-wide employee engagement initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant employee relations or HR experience.
- HR Generalist experience within a service-related industry preferred.
- PHR or SPHR certification required.
- Strong working knowledge of current federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- All interviews for this role will be conducted on camera with both Swipejobs and the client and will be recorded for future reference.
