Bilingual Staffing Manager
Overview:
Join our team as a Staffing Manager where you will play a vital role in managing staffing needs and ensuring onsite operations run smoothly. We are seeking a bilingual candidate who is able to work onsite during our peak season from 2pm to 11pm.
Duties:
- Oversee recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
- Time entry management: Assist employees with time entry and editing of their time punches as needed
- Conduct orientations
- Provide information to employees in both English and Spanish
- Assist workers with completing their applications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Ensure effective communication with candidates, employees, and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
Experience in recruiting and interviewing in a high volume environment. Prior staffing industry experience preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
Ability to operate in a dynamic fast paced environment
Bilingual in English and Spanish
