What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Partner position at SwingHome?
π¨ Looking for a Business Partner | SwingHome | Equity-Based
SwingHome isn't a golf company. It's a performance ecosystem β and I'm looking for the right person to help build it.
We started with a simple idea: bring professional golf simulators directly to people's homes. That idea has evolved into something significantly larger.
SwingHome is now a registered health and wellness platform that treats golf as the intersection of physical performance, mental clarity, and data-driven technology. Our mobile ecosystem eliminates the fragmentation that has defined the golf industry for decades β disconnected instruction, fitting, and practice silos β and delivers a unified, professional-grade experience directly to the client.
What we're building:
β’ A proprietary AI coaching system backed by healthcare intelligence
β’ Swing data capture and biomechanical analysis
β’ Performance Lab Nights that track measurable progress
β’ Equipment services, recommendations, and home simulator rentals
β’ Corporate wellness programming for businesses
The simulator is the tool. The data is the product. The ecosystem is the business.
We've already validated the model across multiple markets. Lifetime golfers are calling the AI coaching output professional grade. The foundation is built. Now we scale.
Who I'm looking for:
β’ Someone who thinks in years, not quarters
β’ Comfortable operating in early-stage, high-ownership environments
β’ Understands the golf market or is willing to learn it fast
β’ Wants to build something from the ground up, not manage something already built
This is equity-based to start. This isn't a salary play β it's a ground floor opportunity with a business that has real validation, real technology, and a clear vision.
We're headquartered in Tennessee with an official launch in 2027 If the timing and vision align, let's talk.
Send me a direct message. Happy to share where things stand today and exactly where this is going.
