Logistics Fleet Manager

Job Description

• Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and condition of vehicles
  

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards 
  

• Must be willing to fill in to cover any routes if needed 
  

• Works closely with drivers, service technicians, and vendors to ensure all transportation needs are met efficiently and safely 
  

• Must continually monitor and enforce biosecurity protocols 
  

• Maintain a record of all service schedules, repairs, and inspections    
  

• Develop strategies to reduce costs, including fuel, maintenance, and operational expenses 
  

• Coordinate with external repair shops and service providers for specialized maintenance 
  

Working Conditions:

• Usual work hours: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  

• Average of 80 to 100 hours per biweekly pay period
  

• Must be available to work all hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary    
  

• Work locations: various farms in states such as North Carolina, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska, Kentucky, among others
  

• Extreme weather conditions depending on the season (cold in winter and hot in summer)

Requirements

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, a TN work visa for the United States is required. Therefore, it is essential to meet the following requirements:

• Be of Mexican nationality
  

• Hold a university degree and professional license in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  

• Possess a Mexican passport valid for at least 1 year
  

• Have a valid Mexican driver’s license
