📍 Location: Concord, NH
🏢 Office/Hybrid: In-office minimum 4 days/week initially, with potential flexibility for remote 3–4 days/week thereafter
💰 Compensation: $115,000–$125,000 Base Associate Bonus Program
🎁 Performance Bonuses: ~$10,000
💡 Some salary flexibility may be available for the right candidate with additional relevant experience.

🔹 THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Defense Litigation Senior Associate to join an established defense practice with substantial existing work and a significant long-term leadership and partnership opportunity, as retiring partners need to transition established practices to younger attorneys.
⚖️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Defend medical malpractice cases from inception through resolution
• Assume full responsibility for assigned files and litigation strategy
• Manage discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, experts & case preparation
• Work directly with clients, insurers, opposing counsel, experts & courts
• Prepare matters for trial and participate in trials as experience permits
• Manage a substantial caseload within a busy defense practice
🔑 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
✅ 3–5 years of Medical Malpractice Defense Litigation experience
✅ Defense-side experience REQUIRED
❌ Plaintiff-side backgrounds are not a fit
✅ Experience handling matters from inception through resolution with full file responsibility
⭐ Trial experience preferred
✅ Strong research, writing, advocacy & client-service skills
