What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cincinnati Concessions Manager position at Swimsafe Pool Management?

- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and be available weekdays and weekends.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
Duties:
- Work with Management team, to provide a safe and pleasant work environment for employees. Help employees grow and understand SwimSafe policies.
- Obtain ServSafe food preparation training and apply methods to working at you assigned concession stand
- Maintain skills at level in accordance with SwimSafe Pool Management’s Training Program. Advise management of unsanitary conditions. Assist guests in a polite and quick manner.
- Perform daily routine duties in concession stand to ensure neat and orderly work area. Attend all training’s offered by SwimSafe Pool Management. Work with our Concession Director to set up and perform in-service or various trainings as needed.
- Assist the Regional team in verifying timecards, creating schedules, completing performance reviews and tracking performance, maintaining a budget and other manager responsibilities as needed.
- Communicate with the HR Department and aide in processes as needed.
Qualifications:
Training available if needed
Current ServSafe Certifiaction.
Physical Requirements:
Position sometimes requires the ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 lbs.
Duration:
- Must be able to swim and have strong customer service and safety skills.
- Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and be available weekdays and weekends.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
