General Manager (Operations & Team Leadership)

SwimKids Utah is seeking a strong, people-focused General Manager to lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional experience for every family we serve.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of results, and is excited to grow with a rapidly expanding business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead, hire, train, and develop a team of instructors and front desk staff
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high-quality service
• Maintain a positive, accountable team culture aligned with company values
• Monitor performance and forecast staffing and business needs
• Ensure facility cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and resolve escalated concerns
• Partner with ownership to support growth and continuous improvement

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous leadership or management experience (required)
• Strong ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Passion for working with kids and families

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $50,000–$55,000/year
• Salary based on experience and leadership background

SCHEDULE
Average of 45 hours per week
Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM (shift-based coverage)
