Aquatics Team Lead (College Students Encouraged to Apply)

Looking to build real leadership experience while working in a high-energy, team-focused environment? SwimKids Utah is hiring a motivated, reliable team leader to help oversee our Aquatics Program.

This role is ideal for college students or young professionals who want more than just a job-you'll gain hands-on experience leading a team, coaching others, and supporting daily operations in a growing business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead, coach, and support a team of swim instructors
• Help train new hires and reinforce company standards
• Ensure high-quality, consistent swim lessons
• Jump in to teach and lead by example when needed
• Provide excellent customer service to families
• Assist with front desk operations and scheduling
• Support the General Manager with daily operations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Leadership experience (team lead, shift lead, club leadership, sports captain, etc.)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate others
• Dependable and organized
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Passion for working with kids
• Ability to safely tread water while supervising students

SCHEDULE
15–29 hours per week
Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Flexible shifts available to work around class schedules.
