Job Title: Business Development Representative
As a Business Development Representative at SwiftX Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Cultivation and Management:
- Identify potential partner companies and businesses that align with our target market and objectives.
- Initiate and nurture relationships with 3PL warehouse providers, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Develop joint value propositions and marketing strategies that promote our last mile delivery services with 3PL warehouse providers.
Strategy Development:
- Formulate comprehensive business development strategies that capitalize on partner relationships and channels to drive customer acquisition.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Solution Development:
- Assist and work cross-functionally with internal teams (operations, marketing, sales) to develop tailored solutions that address customer needs and challenges.
- Design innovative approaches to enhance our service offerings and align them with partner capabilities
Reporting:
- Generate detailed reports and present findings to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· 1-3 years of experience in 3PL and logistics sales, business development, or a related field.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
