What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mobile Dog Groomer position at Swifthounds?
We’re a family business, groomer-owned salon in Morrisville that truly cares about our team, our dogs, and our community. We are looking for a full-time groomer for our fully equipped mobile van. If you’re an experienced groomer who’s ready for a supportive place to grow with us, we’d love to meet you. Serving the Triangle area.
Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered.

We are looking for:
- Must be 18 or older
- Valid driver’s license Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Good driving record
- Comfortable safely operating and maneuvering a larger vehicle
- At least 2 years of grooming experience- various breeds and grooming techniques
- Excellent customer service
- Must be reliable and punctual, as this role is strictly appointment-based
- Must be able to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments using gentle, appropriate restraint techniques (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)
Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods and perform physically active tasks
- Genuine love for dogs and a strong desire to work with them daily
- Keen interest in continuous education
