Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Group Employee Benefit Advisor in the Mid-Atlantic Region, based in State College, PA. The role involves working closely with businesses to assess their employee benefit needs, provide tailored recommendations, and assist with the implementation of group employee benefit programs. Responsibilities include maintaining and strengthening client relationships, delivering top-notch customer service, staying informed on industry trends and regulations, and contributing to client satisfaction by providing expert guidance. The advisor will effectively coordinate with team members, participate in ongoing training, and support sales initiatives to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Employee Benefits and Insurance
- Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Client Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Training and supporting clients or teams in understanding benefit programs
- Experience or aptitude in Sales with a focus on consultative approaches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Relevant certifications in insurance, benefits, or sales are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field is preferred
