Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in DuBois, PA, for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing employee benefit programs, coordinating renewals, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include communicating with carriers and vendors, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, preparing proposals, and providing ongoing support to meet clients' needs in alignment with the latest industry trends and compliance requirements.
