Insurance Sales Representative Needed — Cara Montarsi State Farm

Location: Lock Haven, PA
Job Type: Full-Time $48K–$85K compensation, 3 weeks PTO, 401(k) matching and licensing/professional-development support.

Overview

Cara Montarsi State Farm is seeking an organized, and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to help lead day-to-day operations, support our team, and ensure a great experience for every policyholder, building a career helping people in the community

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service
• Coordinate schedules, and office procedures
• Oversee customer service processes (policy changes, billing inquiries, general support)
• Support the agent with operational follow-up, documentation, and agency reporting
• Ensure compliance with agency standards and State Farm processes
• Maintain organized records and efficient communication within the team
• Assist with training/onboarding of new team members as needed

Requirements

• Must obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health - will be discussed at interview.
• Professional communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to lead and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computers and basic office tools (and comfort learning agency systems)
• Prior office/Agency Management experience is preferred
